The location was fantastic. easy access to the subway and local attractions enhanced our experience. we also enjoyed a lovely city view from our room that added charm to our stay. the staff was responsive and helpful, making check-in a breeze.

The location is excellent. Walking distance to all the great places. Amazing foods around the hotel. Plus, there's this fun little takoyaki truck that sets up right in front. You have to try it, it's like a culinary gold mine! And Ms. Akiguchi, the front desk staff, she was helpful. I had questions about our luggage transfers to Tokyo and she just handled it with ease.

During my solo stay, it was amazing to find myself so close to the bustling dotombori area and the beautiful shinsaibashi-suji shopping street, both just a short stroll away, allowing me to maximize my city explorations. the hotel provided excellent amenities, making my stay comfortable despite the room being a bit small.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel as it was conveniently located near shopping areas and Dotonbori, making exploration easy. The room was cozy, and the bed offered a comfortable night's sleep. Also, having a coin-operated laundry on-site was a game changer after a long day out. One area for improvement could be the firmness of the beds, which might not suit everyone's preference.

I had a great stay at quintessa hotel osaka shinsaibashi comic & books! the location is excellent, tucked away in a quiet area but just a short walk from dotonburi and shopping streets. my corner room was surprisingly quiet, and the older staff member was super friendly and helpful.

Great central location. Close to metro and Dotonbori. Room amenities were excellent, especially the shampoo and body wash. They have a laundry section and vending machines for convenience. Super friendly staff made my stay enjoyable. 😊
